CurbSide ("Curbside ATX," "we," "us") provides residential trash and recycling bin valet service in Austin, Texas. This policy explains what we collect through curbsideatx.com and our service, and how we use it.

Information we collect

• Account and contact details: your name, email address, and phone number.
• Service details: your service address, trash/recycling pickup day, plan, bin location and access notes, and any gate code you provide.
• Photos: our team photographs your bins at the curb and after return as proof of service. These photos may show your property's exterior.
• Payment information: payments are processed by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
• Messages: anything you send us through our contact form, chat assistant, email, or phone.
• Usage data: basic analytics about how visitors use our website (pages viewed, device and browser type), collected with cookies and similar tools.

How we use it

• To provide, schedule, and route your service, and to show service photos in your account dashboard.
• To process payments and send receipts, service updates, and reminders.
• To answer questions and provide customer support.
• To improve our website and service.
• To meet legal obligations and protect our rights.

Service photos

Service photos are stored with our hosting provider and can be accessed by anyone who has the photo's link. We may use photos that do not show house numbers, people, or other identifying details in our marketing (for example, our website gallery). Email us if you'd prefer we not use photos of your property in marketing.

Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the business (website hosting, payment processing, email/SMS, mapping, and analytics), when required by law, or as part of a business sale or transfer.

Retention

We keep your information while you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterward for records, billing, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize it.

Your choices

You can view your service details in My Account, and you can ask us to update or delete your information at any time by contacting us. You can opt out of marketing emails using the unsubscribe link.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Children

Our service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page with a new effective date.
